Preparation:
Heat butter in a large saute pan, over a moderate flame add shrimp and saute for 2-3 minutes, until pink on all sides remove shrimp with a slotted spoon add shallots and sliced jalapenos heat and stir for 1-2 minutes add wine and bring just to the boil add orange juice and cream-mix well bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring often, until reduced to a thin sauce season to taste with salt and pepper cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain well arrange pasta onto a large serving platter add shrimp to the sauce mixture, until heated through pour over the paste and toss gently to mix well garnish with minced parsely serve hot |
