Preparation:
1) Cut pork meat into small stripes. In a large frying pan, brown onion and
garlis in 4/5 tbsp vegetable oil. Add pork meat, shrimps, salt, pepper and
curry (or ginger powder), if you like it. Blend and let cook for about 7/8
minutes over high heat.
2) In the meantime, mix in a bowl lemon juice, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
Add to the meat and shrimps and continue cooking for 10/15 minutes over
medium heat.
3) Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain, pour in the pan with pork
sauce and saute over high heat for 2 minutes. |
