Preparation:
1. Heat water and butter to a boil in saucepan.
2. Stir in flour, blending until mixture forms a ball, leaving sides of pan, about 1 minute.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat mixture until smooth.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet; bake in preheated 400 F. oven 45 to 50 minutes until puffed and dry.
5. Cool slowly. Cut off tops and scoop out any soft dough. Set tops aside until ready to fill.
For the Blackberry Filling 1. Dissolve blackberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
2. Chill until slightly thickened.
3. Fold in whipped cream; chill until firm.
4. Stir chilled filling until smooth; spoon into cream puffs, using 1/3 cup filling for each puff.
