Preparation:
1. Combine plums, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and orange peel; turn into shallow 8-inch baking dish.
2. For topping, combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over plums.
3. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 35 to 40 minutes.
4. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired. |
