Preparation:
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients; mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours. Divide the mixture into 6 equal 1/2-inch thick patties. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains, turning halfway through the cooking.
Note: Chilling the raw meat mixture for a few hours before cooking allows it to absorb the seasonings more thoroughly, giving your finished sausage patties really rich flavor. Makes 6 patties. |
