Preparation:
In a skillet melt the butter and saute the onions. Add the remaining ingredients except the frankfurters and simmer for 15 minutes. Prick the franks with a fork and arrange them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the franks and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill over hot coals until lightly singed on all sides. Serve with buns. Makes 8 servings. |
