Preparation:
While linguine cooks according to package directions and to desired texture,
heat garlic olive oil in skillet. Add onions and brown 3 - 4 minutes until
translucent. Add garlic cloves, heat 2 - 3 minutes more. Next add generous
dash of pepper and season with salt to taste. Finally add tomato, cover and
simmer for 2 minutes and top with chives.
Drain and rinse linguine in colander, pour into skillet and mix well with
sauce.
Serve immediately. |
