Preparation:
Beat egg in bowl. Add milk, rolled oats, salt and pepper. Stir. Mix in
ground beef. Shape into 20 meatballs. Arrange on baking sheet with sides.
Bake in 375~F oven for 20 minutes. Turn into 3 quart casserole in single
layer.
Spoon beans over meatballs.
Cook onion in some water until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to
onion. Stir. Pour over beans. Bake, uncovered, in 350~F oven for 20 to 30
minutes until hot and bubbly. |
