Preparation:
Saut‚ garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat.
Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it simmer until sauce is thick. (Note I add a little tequila at this point before adding shrimp)
Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp turns pink.
Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity. Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese |
