fresh spinach -- stems removed, coarsely chopped |

white beans -- (15 ounces) rinsed, drained |

balsamic vinegar |

parmesan cheese -- grated or shredded |

Preparation:
Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir 1 minute. Add spinach and stir until just wilted.
Add beans and vinegar to skillet and stir until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. |
