Preparation:
Pound turkey till thin. Pat dry and cut into 2' by 4' pieces. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, spices and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs in a shallow dish. Dip turkey into egg, then into the crumb mixture, coating both sides. Heat oil and margarine in skillet. Saute turkey until brown - about 1 - 2 minutes each side. Remove to a warm platter. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serv |
