Preparation:
Chilling time - 1 hour
For Turkey: Combine coriander, white pepper, salt and ground ginger. Sprinkle over both sides of each turkey slice.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute turkey until lightly browned on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Add orange juice and lemon juice. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 7 to 8 minutes, just until turkey is cooked through. Serve immediately with Fresh Cranberry Salsa.
For Cranberry Salsa: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. |
