Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Soak lima beans overnight. Drain, add fresh water
to
cover, and cook until tender. In a 2 quart casserole dish combine beans,
bacon, chopped pepper, diced onion, tomatoes, dry mustard, and brown sugar.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
