Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups brown rice -- cooked
1 1/2 medium green onions
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
 

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightlyoiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
