Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tempeh into 3/4-inch squares. Marinate in barbecue sauce for 3 to 6 hours. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray. Spoon in the tempeh and sauce. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve over rice.
In some menus, one Starch or one Meat Substitute serving has been used in place of the Fat-Free (Skim) Milk serving. |
