Preparation:
Mix potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth,celery,onion and pepper in 3 1/2 to 4 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 hours. Mix half and half with flour. Gradually stir half and half mixure into the chowder until well blended. Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and vegetables are tender. |
