Preparation:
Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Place 2 ham slices, 1/2 cup slaw, and 1 cheese slice onto 6 bread slices; top with remaining slices of bread. Spread half of butter on outside of 1 side of each sandwich. Place, buttered side down, onto a hot griddle or skillet. Cook 1 minute or until golden. Spread remaining butter on ungrilled side and cook until golden and cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately. |
