Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in large skillet. Saute' mushrooms, zucchini and scallions 4 minutes. Add chicken broth and garlic; simmer 2 minutes. Season with parsley, salt and pepper. Add hot fettuccine and toss well with all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. Makes 4 dinner servings
