Ingredients:

1 quart white wine vinegar
1 medium lemon thinly sliced
2 sprigs lemon thyme OR lemon balm
 

Preparation:

Arrange fresh herbs and lemon slices attractively in pre washed bottle. Heat vinegar in a non reactive pan until simmering. Pour into bottle. Cap and seal lightly. Let stand for 1 to 2 weeks before using.
