Preparation:
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Cook broccoli in four (4) cups boiling
water for 2 minutes; remove and cool. Saute pepper strips in oil under
crisp/tender. Add zucchini and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add carrots,
broccoli,
pasta and seasonings. Add butter and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese.
Makes 12 cups! |
