Preparation:
1. Trim crusts off bread. 2. Soak crusts in a small bowl of water until softened. 3. Squeeze out water by pressing with a spoon (bread should be the consistency of mashed potatoes). 4. Set aside bread; mix caviar, onion, and a small amount of oil in a bowl. 5. Blend until light and fluffy, about the consistency of mayonnaise. Serve with bread. |
