Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the mushrooms and saut‚‚ for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and saut‚‚ for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the green onions. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions to serve.
