Preparation:
Crumble beef into a 3 quart casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Place
frozen vegetables over meat. Sprinkle uncooked noodles over vegetables.
Pour V-8 juice overall. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%)
until noodles are tender, 18 to 19 minutes, stirring twice during cooking
time. Let stand 5 minutes.
