Preparation:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and saute. Sprinkle in salt and flour until smooth. Slowly add milk, cook until sauce thickens. Fold in sour cream. Stir mixture into rice. Steam broccoli. Drain well. Layer half of rice mixture in greased casserole. Alternating broccoli ontop of rice. Spoon on remaining rice. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over rice. Cover and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered for 20 mintues, uncover and bake 10 more minutes. |
