Preparation:
Combine soup, milk, onion, pimento, salt and pepper. Blend well. Place 1/2 of the potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole. Add 1/2 of the sausages, cover with 1/2 of the soup mixture. Repeat layers. Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered for 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender. Randy Rigg |
