Preparation:
Artichokes and Shrimp with Lemon Pasta. Lemon Pasta is the perfect. Cook
pasta as directed; drain. Mix yogurt, 1 tablespoon chives, the lemon peel, salt, shrimp, artichoke hearts and cream cheese in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and cream cheese is melted. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chives. |
