Preparation:
Layer rice in bottom of a 2 quart baking dish, then layer the corn and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour over 1 can of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup
of water. Layer the chopped onion and green pepper. then layer the beef
over all. Sprinkle again with salt and pepper. Pour over second can of
tomato sauce. Place bacon strips on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave
at high (100%) 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
