Preparation:
Beat together potatoes, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, and melted butter. Place in casserole dish. Mix together brown sugar, softened margarine, pecans, and flour. Top potatoes with brown sugar mixture, and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
