Ingredients:

butter or margarine |

cold water |

mushroom stems and pieces -- 2oz, drained |

instant chicken bouillon granules |

dehydrated parsley flakes |

dehydrated minced onion |

dried basil -- crushed |

Preparation:
In medium skillet saute rice in butter until brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce flame. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. |
