Preparation:
Heat all ingrediants except popcorn to simmering in a dutch oven over medium high heat, stirring constsntly. Stir in popcorn and cook stirring constantly until popcorn is well coated(3-4 minutes). Cool slightly. Dip hands in cold water and shape into 2 1/2" balls. Put on waxed paper to cool.
