Preparation:
Prepare popcorn according to package directions. In large bowl, blend popped corn with nuts and chocolate or butterscotch chips. Set aside. In a medium microwaveable bowl, blend butter and Honey. Microwave on high until butter is melted. Drizzle warm honey-butter mixture over popcorn mixture. Mix well. Spread popcorn mixture in a thin layer on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 - 15 minutes, until crisp. |
