Preparation:
combine all ingredients, except wonton skins-mix well layout skins onto a cutting board place 1/2 teaspoon filling onto the center of each skin moisten edges with water fold over diagonally and press to seal overlap corners on either side of fold moisten and press to seal heat oil to 360 degrees add wonton in small batches and fry until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve warm, with sweet and sour sauce or catsup and hot mustard to the side |
