Preparation:
1) Cook pasta per package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well.
2) In large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, lemon
rind, and Dijonnaise.
3) Stir in salt and pepper.
4) Add pasta, peppers and onion; toss to coat evenly.
Tip: Any chunky pasta (radiatore, penne, macaroni) can be substituted for
fusilli.
Serving Suggestion: Serve in a lettuce lined bowl and garnish with chopped
fresh dill or parsley. |
