Preparation:
Arrange the spinach leaves on a plate.
Pinch off pieces of cream cheese and roll into small balls, each about the size of a pea (cold cream cheese works best). Combine the cheese balls with the strawberries.
Spoon the sliced berries and cream cheese balls onto the spinach leaves. Sprinkle with almonds, drizzle with vinegar and oil, and serve.
