Preparation:
In 1-cup glass measure combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Set
aside.
In small skillet melt honey butter until sizzling; add pecans. Cook over
medium heat, stirring occasionally, until nuts are golden brown (3 to 4
minutes).
In large bowl toss together all remaining salad ingredients. Add dressing;
toss to coat well.
To serve, divide salad mixture evenly among 6 salad plates; sprinkle with
pecans.
