Tomato, Cucumber, And Yogurt Salad

Serves: 2 cups
 

Ingredients:

2 medium cucumbers
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 cloves garlic -- minced/optional
1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint -- minced
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Peel cucumbers, slice lengthwise, scoop out seeds, and slice thinly. Core and chop tomatoes. In large bowl, combine with remaining ingredients and mix.
