Preparation:
Place ground beef in a 3 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) 6 to 8 minutes, stirring to break up beef after half the cooking time. Add onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, parsley and Italian Seasoning, potatoes and carrots. Cover. Microwave at medium high (70%) until potatoes and carrots are tender, 30 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Makes 6 servings. |
