Preparation:
1. Remove most of the fat from sirloin tip and cube into 1 inch pieces.
2. Place flour in a plastic sack, then place cubed meat in sack and shake to coat with the flour. Mix beef and remaining ingredients in a 3 quart casserole.
3. Cover and Microwave at high (100%) 7 minutes. Microwave at medium (50%) until meat is tender and sauce is thickened, 60 to 70 minutes, stirring two or three times during cooking.
4. At end of cooking time, discard bay leaf and garlic cloves. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. |
