Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2+1/2 quart baking dish with
nonstick cooking spray.
Cook ziti according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water,
drain again and set aside in a large bowl.
In a midium skittle, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and bell
pepper, cook 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add to the ziti along with mushroom soup, ricotta cheese, tuna and 1 cup
of the mozzarella cheese; mix well. Pour the mixture into the baking
dish. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and bake 30 minutes or
until heated through.
Supper in A Flash: Round it out with a spinach salad and slice and back
chocolate chip cookies. |
