Preparation:
Mix ground beef and onion in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) 8 minutes, stirring once to break up beef. Drain. Add soup, noodles, corn, olives, mushrooms and half the cheese. Mix well. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) 8 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, uncovered, at high (100%) until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes Makes 6 servings. |
