Preparation:
Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan (or on grill over ash covered coals) so surface of meat is 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil at moderate temperature 10 minutes, turn and continue broiling 10 minutes. Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, parsley, chives and tarragon. Brush with mustard mixture and broil 5 minutes. Turn, brush second side with mustard mixture and continue broiling 5 to 10 minutes or until done. 4 servings. |
