Preparation:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, and set aside.
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place meaty side down in a large shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 F for 30 minutes. Drain of excess drippings. Reduce heat to 350 F. Turn ribs over, and bake an additional 50 to 60 minutes. Brush ribs with sauce during last 30 minutes of cooking. |
