Ingredients:

purple plums -- (16 oz.) |

plus 2 teaspoons soy sauce |

pork tenderloins -- (about 1 1/2 pounds) |

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
To make plum sauce, discard pits and place plums in food processor with metal blade or blender.
Add 1 tablespoon plum juice and remaining ingredients except pork. Puree. Remove to microwave safe bowl.
Place pork tenderloins in shallow aluminum baking pan or pan lined with heavy foil. Tuck thin ends underneath. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Spread each roast with 1 tablespoon sauce.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 155 to 160 degrees. Timing varies with size of roasts. Heat sauce in microwave. Slice pork diagonally and serve with sauce.
