Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 chops boneless pork top loin chops -- 4oz, 3/4 inch thick, trim all visable fat
1 cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -- optional
 

Preparation:

Combine teriyaki sauce, onions and pepper sauce in shallow dish. Add pork chops; turn to coat chops. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to overnight. Remove chops; discard marinade. Grill over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
