Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet with oil on medium-high heat, add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and celery flakes. Simmer. In another bowl, mix together spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Drain lasagna noodles. Lay noodles on a flat surface. Spread spinach mixture down middle of noodle roll-up and lay in pan. Place logs in casserole dish. Spoon spaghetti sauce from skillet over individual logs. Cook until heated throughout. Serve warm sprinkled with additional Parmesan.
