Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except oil in a large glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray rectangular pan with 13X9 inches with cooking spray.
3. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard left over marinade.
4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the pan.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
6. Drizzle with oil, serve hot with toothpicks. |
