Preparation:
1. Heat coals or gas grill. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Cut chicken diagonally into 1/2-inch slices.
2. Prepare salad mix as directed on bag; divide among 3 plates.
3. Top with chicken and raspberries. Sprinkle with almonds. |
