Preparation:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta, celery, onions, pineapple, oranges, and kiwi.
3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vegetable oil, vinegar, orange juice, salt, and the mustard. Pour over chicken mixture; toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for several hours. Toss with almonds just before serving. |
