Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300. In container of blender, combine all ingredients except berries or jam; blend until creamy. Into six 3 ounce ramekins or custard cups, pour cheese mixture. Place dishes in 9x13 baking pan; pour water into baking pan up to 1/2 inch of tops of dishes. Bake for 30 minutes or just til set. Cool slightly; refrigerate until well chilled. To serve; top each cheesecake with berries or jam. |
