Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add
butter and 2/3 cup buttermilk; mix well. Add eggs and remaining buttermilk;
mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated
350~F. oven about 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on
wire rack. |
